Stunning antique left facing carved shell cameo pendant necklace and brooch. This beautiful old piece has a hand carved shell cameo that is prong set in a gold filled bezel. The setting is open back, so let let the light through. The pendant/Brooch measures just under 2” high and 1 1/8” wide and has a spinning clasp on the back for wearing as a brooch. It has hangs on a unique ball and clasp chain that measures 16.5” long. Never seen a clasp like this. The cameo looks so much bigger than the actual size, because of its thickness and how it’s set. It’s truly a collectors piece and is definitely meant to wear anytime and place you wish!
